preV006 (mini-ARSENAL update!)

Here we go, update time again! This time, I added a good dose of new weapons for you to try out in your runs. About 10 of them in fact!
Additions:
- Added Excalibur weapon
- Added Musket weapon
- Added Rocket Launcher weapon
- Added Energy Handgun weapon
- Added Weed Wacker weapon
- Added Crucifix weapon
- Added Battle Axe weapon
- Added Twin Specialty weapon
- Added Cutlass weapon
- Added Plasma Sabre weapon
Changes:
- New final boss track taking the place of the old one (old one will probably be used somewhere else in the game at some point)
- Shops now give you some of the weapon you buy's ammo along with it
- Snipers are no longer considered silenced weapons
