Just fixing most of the characters few issues
Changes:
- Shops now label items as "Free" for Duncan
- Duncan can actually be selected now
- Duncan and Pepper's Speed buffs and debuffs actually work now
- Duncan and Pepper can't sneakily swap their unique weapon for another one if the 2nd weapon slot has something in it
