Schism: Blasphemeo [ALT SOUNDTRACK MOD]

Blasphemeo is a complete re-imagining of the soundtrack for the roguelike game, Schism. It features 20 completely new tracks in place of the old OST, all of which have been created by me :) .

NOTE: THIS MOD WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU ALREADY OWN THE GAME

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download the zip from this page

2. Locate the files for the original game     

(This can be done by going to the game in your library on steam, clicking the gear menu on the far right, selecting properties, installed files, and then browse.)

3. Open up Deltapatcher.exe contained in the zip you downloaded earlier

4. Select the "audiogroup1.dat" file contained in the Original game's files in the "Original file" parameter

5. Select the "Blasphemeo (SCHISM ALT MUSIC) [PART 1].xdelta" file contained in the zip you downloaded earlier in the "XDelta patch" Parameter

6. Click "Apply Patch"

7. Repeat steps 4-6 but this time instead of the "audiogroup1.dat" file select the "data.win" file, and instead of the "[PART 1]" file select the "Blasphemeo (SCHISM ALT MUSIC) [PART 2].xdelta" file

8. Launch the game

If all has gone correctly then you should have the new music play when you open schism again. Enjoy the new music!!
PS: You may have to reupdate your game to get the music with the latest version of Schism. Simply turn on/off the test branch, wait for it to download, and then change the setting again.

QNA:

Q: This is cool and all, but how to I go back to the original music?
A: Just uninstall the game and reinstall it; your save data should be backed up over steam cloud saves


Q: Can you install this mod on the steamdeck?
A: Yes! But you'll have to go into desktop mode and add deltapatcher.exe as a steam game. Other than that the instructions are the same.


Q: Why did you make this?
A: Because I love this game! Also I had too much free time. . .

Q: Help!! One of the songs doesn't seem to be playing??
A: Please report any issues with the mod in the comments! I'll try to get on it as soon as possible. Though currently it is also a known issue that sometimes songs don't play, even with the base music.

Q: Why did you call it blasphemeo?
A: It's like the greek word for blasphemy, and the game has gods as a big feature. . .
Also whenever you change gods in game it's considered blasphemy. Sorry, that's not the most interesting answer. . .
