Anima Reprise was, and still is, my biggest fully complete project to date. At the time of release I was super proud of it, and I still am, to some extent. Finishing a game is not easy! And I'm glad I did it. But I personally want more people to play my game, and I feel like the paywall is too much of a barrier for entry to most. I have considered this change for a long while, and even though I do still think the game has value, I want people to actually play it.

So I've made the game pay what you want (at least on itch), in hopes that maybe a couple more people will give it a shot. This is not supposed to be a pity party, but a new beginning.

Thank you to everyone who bought the game in the past, it means so much more than you could ever imagine. 

The steam release will hopefully be updated to be free as well in the coming future, though the website does complicate making this change more so than itch does.

If you still enjoy the game, and would like to support me, feel free to throw me a couple bucks (I'd really appreciate it), or check out the soundtrack on bandcamp. Either one goes a long way.
